It seems like every time I order it takes roughly twice as long for it to be ready as the estimate. I don’t mind waiting 40 minutes for my food but don’t tell me 20 minutes if it is going to be 40

Delicious food, we eat here often and they always have our food ready for pickup on time/early. Staff are so nice!

The food has always been excellent. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Was very busy when I placed my pickup order and it was still ready in the promised 20 mins. Can’t go wrong eating here

Called to make a pickup order and phone system said I had to order online- ordered online and charged 4$ more than in person order- even with ordering on their direct site. Complained in person and nothing was done. Then get home to find order was incorrect. Very unhappy

Pho Hoan Palace has excellent service.
The soup base is always consistent and packed with flavour, I’ve been eating here since I moved to south Edmonton and when I moved to Wetaskiwin for work, I still make the 45 minute trip just for the pho here!

One of the colder days I was not able to get my car started to pick up my order and they let me pick it up two weeks later after I got my battery replaced.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and its staff!!

Very glad it was open on Easter Monday. Food was good. Bubble tea good
